"Not much, I'm pretty tough," she sniffed, holding back her tears, her body still shaking from shock. Amberpaw leaned her head down, taking a look at her forepaws. A few pieces of the sparkling object had made scratches, but there was a larger portion of it still stuck in her skin. Grasping it calmly, she tore it out, thankfully not drawing blood, just leaving it with a stinging scratch as her nerves continued to go nuts.
"We should probably move along," she chuckled, blinking her emotions back, trying to keep them under control. Soon she'd be back to her cheery self, but now she would never forget her first encounter at the Thunderpath. Ever.

Leopardfang couldn't help but break into a smile.
"Not much, I'm pretty tough"
The leopard-like she-cat got up and shook her pelt out. A few leaves fell to the ground, and some dirt flew through the air. Amberpaw's rescue hadn't been as smooth as she thought it would. Carefully pulling out the glass from her own skin, she almost gagged. It was one thing giving cats herbs, but treating the bloody ones, yuck! Leopardfang gave the medicine cats a lot of credit for treating those kinds of wounds. She could barely treat her own!
We should get moving. I still have much to show her. Leopardfang blinked in agreement to Amberpaw. "Yes, we should. I was thinking we could go along the Fourtrees boarder. After all, you will be going to the gathering soon, I'll make sure of it!" Leopardfang made an effort to turn the mood back to the way it was before, cheery and pleasent.

Still a little shook up, the little bouncing apprentice pushed her worries back behind her and continued her happy-cheerful mood. Her personality could really have it's ups and downs.
"The Gathering? Oh, I had almost forgot!" she seemed to be back to normal now. That was the Amberpaw everyone knew. "I can't wait! Apprentice's from every clan...maybe I'll learn some ShadowClan battle moves, maybe RiverClan can show me how to swim, and WindClan can teach me to run with the rabbits!" Her tail flicked back in forth, high in the air as she plotted everything in her mind.
This would be the most perfect gathering ever. She'd make sure of it.

Hearing her apprentice's mood change made her relieved. Hopefully she isn't scared too bad, Leopardfang thought, as the trauma made a reappearance in her brain. "I think you should learn about the ThunderClan ways before you even dream about the other clan's methods."
She started to think about the other clans, and how they might be doing. She was anxious for the gathering, and started digging her claws into the ground. They continued walking in the trees by the border until they came to a small clearing, past the Sandy Hollow. I didn't think we went that far. Leopardfang stepped out of the forest covering and into the sunlight.
"This is the RiverClan border. Don't go any closer." She lifted up her head and sniffed the damp breeze coming towards them. She hissed, "We shouldn't stay here long. I can smell a RiverClan patrol that won't welcome us."
