A sleek black she-cat entered the warrior's den. It was evening, and shadows had covered the camp, yet the den was still empty. Nightsong slipped over to her nest and sat down, rasping a tongue over her fur before crouching down and keeping a watch outside the clearing. Her blue eyes narrowed, and she kept her ears pricked. There were no clanmates around, which she found strange, but it was peaceful she had to admit.[/size]

shadepool yawned from the days work and decided to go get some rest, she stretched and started padding towards the warriors den, she smiled slightly seeing the small wisps of clouds in the sky, it looked nice and pretty to her. she took took in a small breath of air that smelt of herbs and rabbit before heading inside, she quickly noticed Nightsong's sleek black pelt, it was like her pelt after all so it was easy to remember her. she dipped her head in greeting "hello nightsong" shadepool said in a pleasant tone and smiled at her, walking over to her own nest and sat down

Nightsong lifted her head, narrowing her icy blue eyes to make out which clanmate it was. "Hello Shadepool," the black she-cat dipped her head in a friendly greeting, her ears twitching almost uncomfortably as she decided she should find something to say. "Have a lot to do today?" she added, shaking her pelt, and crouching back down to a comfortable position.[/size]

Shadepool watched as Nightsong's ears twitched, she shrugged slightly"today wasnt to busy for me, just border patrol and a few hunting patrols" she said and looked at nightsong, then she leaned down to groom her messy fur, "i walked into a bush by accident when i wasnt paying attention" she said and let out a small laugh, she didnt want to look like she didnt groom her fur cause she did but the bush had made it all messy, "did you have a lot to do today?" shadepool asked pausing for a moment and then went back to grooming her fur

Nightsong observed the she-cats messed up pelt, and her whiskers quivered in amusement. "Don't worry, I've done that before too." she commented, not wanting Shadepool to have to feel like she should be embarrassed. "And I hunted most of the day." the black she-cat explained, her blue eyes narrowing to glance back out into the clearing, accustoming to the darkening sky.[/size]

shadepool smiled "i think everyone has done it" she said gazing at nightsong for a moment, her eyes lit up with amusement, then she leaned down to groom her fur once more after a few licks at her fur she looked back at nightsong "catch anything good?" she asked "like a pike or something bigger?" she added to her question, she had seen a few pikes in the river lately and some bigger fish but she hadnt been able to catch it, while waiting for a response shadepool went back to grooming her messy fur.

Ripplewave walked into the warriors den, now that her son was an appremtice she could finally get back to warrior training. Sighing she curled up in her nest wondering what she would do tomorrow.

shadepool watched as a warrior walked inside, she realized that it was ripplewave "hello ripplewave" she said cheerfully and gazed up at her for a few moments before going back to grooming her fur, she let out a small yawn and finished cleaning her pelt, then gazed at the two of them, she smiled and yawned once more "im getting tired" she said and laid her head on her paws listening to everything they would say, just laying down

"have a nice day?" shadepool asked ripplewave, she gazed at the darkening sky before then looking at ripplewave, she smiled and looked around the den wondering where everyone was, she shrugged slightly before flicking her ear as a fly buzzed around it, she growled as it kept bothering her, she quickly smacked the fly to the ground, killing it, she purred with satisfaction and returned her gaze to ripplewave once more

"it's been good, though I would prefer that it wasn't so hot," Ripplewave meowed curling her tail over her nose. It had been a really greenleaf, and it was hard to get motivated when it was so hot
