Icestar walked out of her den and looked around at her clan. Then she jumped onto the highrock it was a special time for the clan, Silverkit and Goldenkit were going to become apprentices. "All cats old enough to catch your own prey join here beneath the Smoothrock for a clan meeting," she yowled. She glanced down at the clearing waiting for her clan to gather. She had already choosen apprentices for the two young cats.

Ah, a new morning. I can't wait! Shadowstalker quietly padded out of the warriors den on a cool Green-Leaf morning. This would be the day she would show her new apprentice the territory!
The dark and mysterious she-cat sat down alone, but near a cluster of curious warriors in front of Smoothrock. She didn't want any cat in her path when she stepped up to touch noses with Goldenkit. She started to wonder if Icestar would touch noses with her apprentice first, or if she would call Shadowstalker up.

"Goldenkit, Silverkit please step forwards," Icestar meowed looking down as her clan began to gather. She waited patiently for more cats to gather. She caught Shadowstalkers eye and slightly dipped her head.

Frozenpaw couldn't help but smile as his kit friends obliged to Icestar. Finally, he'd get to see them in the apprentice's den! Now he'd have someone to train with, hunt with, and so forth. It was probably as exciting for him as it was for them. They were all pretty good friends from the nursery, but he was a bit older than them and had made it to apprentice-ship earlier. Now they'd finally catch up! |

Icestar looked down at all the cats in the clearing, seeing only Frozenpaw and Shadowstalker, and wondered if she should start without some of her clan, she was still waiting for the two kits to come forwards, but she understood how they wanted to look their best for their apprentice ceramony.

Goldenkit shook her fur as she heard her name being called. Part of her wanted to leap with joy, and the other part of her was upset. She knew she would be training to be a warrior when all she wanted was to be a medicine cat. Sadly, that option was not available to her. She had to pick her head up high and accept she would live the life of a warrior.
The golden colored she-cat bounded up to smooth rock and held her head up. Her tail felt like it would start to quiver, but she kept still and looked up with pride at her leader.[/color]

"Goldenkit you have been with us for 6 moons, until you receive your warrior you will be known as Goldenpaw, Shadowstalker you are ready for you first apprentice, and I hope you can pass down all your skills to this young cat," Icestar meowed

Shadowstalker watched as young Goldenkit walked up to their leader. The dark she-cat was pleasantly surprised about how calm she was acting at such a young age.
"Goldenkit you have been with us for 6 moons, until you receive your warrior you will be known as Goldenpaw, Shadowstalker you are ready for you first apprentice, and I hope you can pass down all your skills to this young cat."
Shadowstalker's medium-haired pelt blew in little swirls on her body as she walked to the newly named, Goldenpaw. "I will, Icestar." Her voice was almost a whisper, and only her and Goldenpaw could possibly pick it up. She gently touched her cold nose to the golden apprentice's.

Icestar dipped her head slightly waiting for Silverkit to step forwards, so they could preform her ceremony.
