Explaining the form!
Character name: What is your characters current name?
Former names (if any): List any names that your character used to be known by.
Future names (if any): If there are any names you know for sure your character will be known by, put it here.
Clan: What clan does your cat reside in? If yours is a non clanner, you may leave this blank or say "No clan"
Age (in moons, be reasonable): How old is your cat? 1 moon = 1 month. Kits are 1-5 moons, apprentices are from about 6-12 moons, warriors and queens are from 13-50 moons. The youngest deputy should be 28 moons, and a leader can be anything above that.
Gender: Tom or she-cat (male or female?)
Rank within the clan: What is the rank? Kit, apprentice, warrior, ect? If this character is not in a clan, please list if he/she is a kittypet, rogue, ect.
Looks (in 4+ sentences): In four or more sentences, describe the looks. Describe the build, the shape of the face and ears, the fur length, fur color, markings, eye shape, eye color, nose color, whisker color, and/or scars or different permanent wounds.
Personality (in 4+ sentences): In four or more sentences, what kind of cat do you have? Is he sweet, or is he rude? Are they loyal, or do they break the code? What are some likes and dislikes? Are they optimistic or pessimistic? Are they lazy or hard working?
History (4+ sentence for each rank) This one seems to get a lot of people. You must have 4 or more sentences for each RANK in the characters life, not 4 altogether (unless you're a kit). This means 4+ for kithood, 4+ for apprentice, and so on. Please try to use detail if possible. Sit and think of important events such as birth, the parents and siblings names, what they used to do as a kit, the apprentice ceremony, who their mentor was, any kind of deaths, friend making, trouble they got into, any battles or wars, the warrior ceremony, ect-
*NOTE** - You MUST have a full blooded clan cat unless otherwise approved by a staff member.
Family (optional): This is optional, but you can name any parents, siblings, kits, mates, ect.
Other accounts: What are the names of your other accounts?
Friends (optional): What friends does your character already have? This is optional as well.
*How did you found out about us?: You only have to fill this one out for your first bio (but you may do it for all if you want). Just tell us what site or who told you about this site. We like knowing these things.
Please copy the form and create a new thread under the same board and fill out the information correctly and completely. If you have a question about the creation form, contact one of our staff members. Once you have completed it correctly and it has been accepted, a staff member will change your rank and you'll be able to role play.
In order to role play, you must complete a form for your character before you may role play with him/her. If your form has not been accepted within two days of completion, please notify a staff member so we may do so.
If something is wrong with your form or if something is not completed, a staff member will message you to tell you what needs to be fixed.
