My whole world is changing, I don't know where to turn. I can't leave you waiting, but I can't steer and watch the city burn mhm watch it burn. Cause I'll try, but it's so hard to believe. I'll try, but I can't see what you see. I'll try, I'll try, I'll try and try to understand the distance in between. The love I feel, the things I fear. And a single dream. Foolish dreams. Foolish beliefs. It was all just kitten talk. Freedom was a lie. Everything Loki had once believed in was a lie. The cats that he had thought would always have his back had lied to him. His entire life was full of false information. The only thing he knew for sure was that he was not the son of Odin and brother of Thor. He was the son of Laufey, the enemy. Loki was the son of the cat that she-cats told their kits about at night. No, not the heroic cat that the she-cats praised in stories to their young ones, but the evil and sadistic monster cat that caused pain and terror. What hurt even more was that Loki resembled his father. Not so much in fur color and body shape, but they had the same eyes. Well, not exactly the same shade of green eyes, but unmistakably similar. Yes, Loki had noticed early on that he did not resemble who he had thought was his brother, father, and mother. Odin had had light cream colored long fur with amber eyes. Then Thor had had rich blond shaded ginger fur with light blue eyes. Not to mentioned the body build difference. Thor had been nearly two mouse-lengths taller than Loki and had much more muscle on his bones. Loki, on the other hand was slight and lean with jet black fur and emerald eyes.
Those emerald eyes scanned the vast clearing. Standing next to one of the huge four oaks, Loki twitched his tail back and forth a few times. Scenting the air, he could scent other cats, but it was stale. Looking around the clearing again, Loki decided to take the risk of walking out from the shelter of the bushes. Stepping into the dim moonlight, he remained on the edge of the clearing. He had never been here before, but it was clear that other cats lived around here. But the distinct scents of the cats were mingled here at this place. This fact confused him slightly. But Loki figured if all the scents were mingled, then this was really no cat's true territory. Right? Perhaps he was wrong, perhaps he was right. Either way, he meant no harm. Well, maybe he did. It all depended on how the night went, he supposed. Taking a few more careful steps into the dim clearing, Loki looked up at the moon. It was not full, but it was giving off enough light for any cat to see. Sitting down by a large rock that sat in the middle of the clearing, he wrapper his tail around, letting his rest on his paws. Giving his chest a few licks, Loki took in the sights around him, not knowing or really caring if he was in another cat's territory.[/blockquote]

The moonlight from Tidal's view was dim as he paced through the treetops, his scent smothered in pine and oak, as if he was one with the location. However, this territory wasn't familiar to the tom at all, but wow, what a sight. Four large, old oaks, standing tall and proud, looming over a clearing. He had heard of this place before. Clans would pile in and...talk? He could vaguely remember what his sister told him a moon ago. Bliss'star didn't have time for his brother anymore--she was fulfilling her destiny.
But where could I possibly belong? he wondered, taking a seat as he stared at the empty clearing. Suddenly, his amber eyes caught something moving beside the eastern oak. A very small movement, but at this part of the still night, it was impossible to miss. "Who could possibly be down there? The moon isn't full..." he whispered to himself, the even thought of hanging around clan territory in plain sight puzzled him.
Maybe I should... he thought, but his body was thinking ahead, making him shift silently down the pine tree. His paws stayed in rhythm, and before he knew it, his paws touched the soft, dewy grass. The blue coated loner slowly moved up the slope, nearing the strange intruder, when really, they were both intruding.

His emerald eyes wide, he looked out into the distance, not really seeing what was there. Loki was too lost in thought to actually pay attention at the moment. He just could not get rid of the racing thoughts that streamed through his head. So many of them were questions. Where was Thor now? Where was Odin? Were they together? Where was Laufey? Had anybody told him that he had a son? But the one question that always masked the others popped up as usual. Why? Why Loki? Why did this have to be happening to him of all cats? He had been fine where he was. Sure, he had been a trickster and had jealous tendencies even back then, but still. Really, Loki had always felt alone and different. But now the feeling was even worse. Loki belonged nowhere. Although there was a strange comfort in taking care of himself all the time. He fed himself, he protected himself from intru-what was that? Snapping back to reality, Loki scented the air. There was definitely another cat near. Loki stayed perfectly still, but he made himself ready to pounce at any moment. Swiveling his ears and turning his head, Loki spotted the other cat as soon as he heard him. Remaining in his sitting position, Loki fixed his emerald gaze on the tom. "Hello." Loki said, his meow of a deeper register, yet very smooth. "If this is your territory...please accept my sincerest apologies." he said, not really in the mood to have a territory battle right now. Or maybe he was in the mood. Nah, he wasn't. Loki remained calm and collected, not appearing as a threat. As the tom got closer, he could scent him better. He did not seem to be from around here really. His scent did not match the other stale scents that he had scented here before. But then again, Loki could always be mistaken. Life was indeed full of surprises.

Bliss walked around looking for her siblings, 'Where are they?' she thought looking around. It had been moons since she had seen them and she wanted to apologize for having pushed them away, but it seemed that they weren't here. Bliss looked up in surprise to see four giant oaks, and immediately knew that it was where the four clans gathered. Then she noticed to cats thinking that they were clan cats she tried to run, but her paw was caught by a root and she crashed down into the ground knocking her breath out of her lungs

"If this is your territory...please accept my sincerest apologies."
The tom stood tall, his amber eyes blinking a few times in confusion. "My territory? You must not be from around here, hmm?" the tom asked, walking around the other tom to get a full view of him. The blue tom was always curious. After he ends up standing in front of the jet black tom, he stops and takes a sniff at him. He smelt foreign, but also a little close to where he had been from, the mountains.
"Nope, you're not," he murmurs. "This isn't my stretch of land. I just...well, wander. I'm still looking for my place," he nods, his body motioning toward the land around them. "This is Clan territory, and honestly, we're both the intruders here," he chuckles.
Suddenly, Tidal's ears shoot up and turn behind him. He instantly moves his head and takes a deep sniff of the air. "We're not alone," he whispers, moving his body toward the sound of moving paws. He inched forward slowly before hearing a root snap. After moving a few foxlengths forward, he could see the outline of another cat. "Hello?" he called quietly, his voice calm and inviting.

"who's there? You don't smell like a clan cat which is a good thing," Bliss meowed standing up her white fur easy to make out in the darkness and her icy-blue eyes seemed to glow as she looked him over, seeing that he was no threat she relaxed

"who's there? You don't smell like a clan cat which is a good thing,"
The blue tom blinked his amber eyes, moving down to greet the she-cat. He gave her a quick up-down study with his eyes before answering her question. "My name's Tidalrage," he blinked, "and you are?" he tossed the question back at her, his tail curling at the tip in curiosity.

Loki got a better look at the tom now and listened to his reply. "I am from a place very far away from here." he said, confirming the tom's assumption. Hearing the tom mention Clans, Loki's ears pricked up a little bit more. "Clans you say? Hmm." Loki had heard of the four Clans before, but he had never been anywhere close to their territory before. Looking around the clearing again, he assessed the location. "I suppose I should be more careful about where i wander." he said. But really, Loki had no worries. If he got caught, he got caught. Loki could always work his way out of things. In fact, the idea of being caught was kind of fun to him. After all, Loki had always been one for mischief. Hearing another sound then, he looked towards where he could see another cat. The other tom called out to the cat, so Loki stayed silent. Seeing the other cat come walking toward then, he stayed still as usual. When she addressed the other tom, Loki looked at him. Tidalrage. What an interesting name. Then, he learned that the she-cat's name was Bliss. "I am Loki." he said, introducing himself. His jet black fur moved slightly as a cool wind blew and his emerald eyes stayed glowing as he looked at the other two cats. Bliss. That name hit him hard. That was his sister's name, the one he turned his back on, denied, and left. And after all the two had been through. Memories buzzed through his mind, and his eyes reflecting a feeling of hurt and longing. The two used to be a duo. Best friends. Close siblings. But his feeling toward Clans after EchoClan changed when they made their way to RiverClan. Tidalrage couldn't take Clan life anymore. He left her, and they barely talked ever since.
The tom blinked his way out of the dark memories. They only made his heart sink. He turned to the tom as he announced his name. Loki? What a unique name. It fits him, he thought quietly, eyeing the other two cats. At least they were getting along, unlike most rogues. By now, they would've torn each other up if this was someones territory.

"The Clans don't come here regularly I assume?" Loki asked then, meaning that the Clans did not meet here everyday. The scent that had to belong to the Clans was stale. In fact, he seemed to be a few weeks stale. Perhaps this was some kind of gathering place? Loki did not know. As mentioned before, he was not from around here. Standing up for the first time since the other two cats got here, Loki flicked his tail. He was a rather tall cat, with longer legs and a very lean figure. But one would not describe him as muscular really, more like a runner type cat. He had a sort of 'behind the scenes' look to him really. Loki looked like the type of cat who kept the the shadows and he indeed was. But that did not mean that he was opposed to talking to other cats from time to time.

"The Clans don't come here regularly I assume?"
The blue tom shook his head, closing his eyes as he tried to remember what his sister told him about the Clans. They were different from the valley clans he lived in. "They come when the moon is full for a...peaceful meeting. They talk about pros and cons of that moon," he opens his eyes, flicking an ear. He took this time to study these cats and get them registered as friends in his mind. Finally, he'd met a few rogues in the area! It was getting a little lonesome just hanging in the trees by himself. Now he could at least talk to these two once in a while, if they decided to stay in the area.

Bliss blinked and looked af the sky. Her mind spinning she could stay around here all she wanted, accept for the full moon, she had never ran into any clan cats and perferred that it stayed that way. She let her gaze wander back to the two toms and blinked. Then she gazed back up at the stars remembering how her and her siblings had traveled here by starlight alone, but she had pushed them away, and they had gone their separate ways. She shook herself of her thoughts and blinked again sighing. This time she gazed at the ground remembering how her and her siblings had gotten lost underground. She glanced back up once more flicking her ears back and forth.
