Looks (in 4+ sentences):
Hawkclaw is rather built for a Windclan cat. His shoulders are wide and broad, and his chest is well built. He would be what most would say "big boned", and he has giant paws. This is rather a disadvantage in his clan, since it slows him down. At a first glance, he looks like a mangy old rogue. The side of his face has three long scar marks on the left side of his face. The scarring was so that the fur never grew back. He has a rather ragged appearance that might as well be enough to scare small kits.
His fur is a dusty gray and brown tabby color. Lines of darker brown and black and gray run down his forehead, across his back, and over his limbs and tail. He has a single white paw, which is the front right one. His eyes are a forest green color.
Personality (in 4+ sentences):
At a glance at his appearance, many would think one or more of the following: cruel,vile,mean,hateful,spiteful, or angry. He is actually none of the kind. He is a silent yet strong kind of character. Hawkclaw takes his past to make him stronger in coping and in personality. He comes off as someone anti social, but if you talk to him he's a very reasonable and friendly person. He has a caring and soft heart, and he's warm in his character.

Kithood:Hawkclaw wasn't born as Hawkkit. Oh no, he wasn't. His mother had him and his brother, Rainkit in a warm green leaf day. She had named him Thistlekit. Their mother's name was Roseleaf while his father was Grayfur.
One day, the kits were merely four moons old. Only two moons until they could be apprentices. Of course, Thistlekit had the bright idea of escaping the camp to track down a bothersome hawk. Rainkit followed him, and they found the hawk in it's nest.
They tried to attack it to show they were tough, and maybe they would be warriors sooner. But, the hawk easily killed Rainkit. Hawkkit was horrified, and tried getting away. He fought back and hid, but the hawk clawed his face with it's talons. It was then that Blueflight, who was just a warrior at the time, and Leafheart came to the rescue. They fought the hawk off, and injured it. They took the dead body and Thistlekit back to camp. Roseleaf was horrified at her son's torn up face and at Rainkit's dead, limp body.
Roseleaf turned on Thistlekit and told him that he was the reason his brother was dead. She said if kit's followed the rules, then these things would never happen. Dawnstar offered to postpone his apprenticeship, but Roseleaf deemed that too nice. She told her to not do that, but she would instead rename him in order to remind him of what he had done. His name would now be Hawkkit.
Apprentice: On the day of his sixth moon, he was mentored by Leafheart. He was the typical apprentice: happy, proud, excited, ect to be named an apprentice. But a part of him felt sad and sick to his stomach. Hawkpaw knew that it was his fault, still, and that if he had not pestered Rainkit about following the hawk, he would be with him being mentored by the more senior warriors. It was then that he decided that he wouldn't mope around from this. He told himself that he was over his past, and he wouldn't let him bring him down as a warrior.
A few days before his warrior ceremony, his mother died of green cough. He thought he'd feel sad, but the grief passed on shorter than he though given he was not very close with his mother. A few days passed, and he aced his assessment. He then was called up to Tallrock. However, before he was named Hawkclaw, Dawnstar asked him if he wished to have his former name back and be known as Thistleheart. He said "No, my name is now a part of me and who I am, and I am not ashamed by it." and so, she respected his wishes and gave him the name Hawkclaw.
